  • Welcome to the Help Desk Ticketing Application, powered by TeamDynamix

Instructions


  • Ensure you are logged in (it should automatically sign you in based on your MyWit credentials)
  • Services describe what is currently offered by IT
    • We continue to assess and add more Services as the system is being used
    • Will also have a link to create a ticket based on the service or issue you are experiencing
  • Knowledge Base allows you to look for common issues and how to fix them
    • We will continue to update the knowledge base as problems and solutions happen
    • Some may link you directly to a Service that you can create a support ticket from
  • Check My tickets allows you to track, follow up, communicate with IT or even remind yourself of previous issues
  • Replying to an email will automatically update the ticket that the email corresponds to
