What is Honorlock
Professors may require you to have Honorlock to monitor your exams and quizzes. Honorlock is a Google Chrome extension that can be added from the Chrome Play Store.
Instructions
Troubleshooting Honorlock
- Access Denied:
- Check your Google Chrome Version, ensure it is on the latest update
- Clear your Google Chrome browsers Cookies and Cache
- In Google Chrome Site Settings: Make sure the following permissions are allowed
- Pop Ups
- Microphone
- Camera
- MacBook System Preferences
- Navigate to 'Security and Privacy'
- Click on the Orange lock on the Bottom Left of the window and enter your MacBook Password
- Ensure that Google Chrome has a blue check in:
- Camera
- Microphone
- Screen Recording
- Click the Orange lock again and restart your computer
