- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security feature designed to verify the identity of the person signing in
Who Is Eligible to Use This Service?
- All Employees attempting to VPN or Remote in will need MFA via OKTA
- All Employees accessing Email will need OKTA
- All Students and Faculty signing into Canvas will need Canvas MFA
- All Students accessing Email will need Microsoft 365 MFA
Where Can I Get It?
- Upon signing into any of the above resources you should be automatically prompted to ether set up or sign in via MFA
Troubleshooting Tips
- OKTA – if not prompted for setup, in a web browser go to witcc.okta.com and sign in with username: first.last@witcc.edu Password: (Long Network Password)
- Canvas MFA – My.witcc.edu has a Canvas card. If there are issues accessing this (open a Ticket)
- Microsoft 365 – My.witcc.edu has a Student Email card. If there are issues accessing this (open a Ticket)
